La journée spéciale méditation et relaxation est entièrement dédiée à des sessions de méditation en groupe.

Les séances durent 1 heure.
Il est conseillé d’éviter les vêtements serrant, les ceintures et de préférer des tenues de type yoga/jogging.
Chaque séance est divisée en 2 parties (sauf le bain sonore):
- une technique de relaxation pour se mettre dans l’esprit et s’occuper de notre corps;
- une méditation.

We recommend to avoid belts and tight clothes and to prefer yoga/jogging cloth-ware.
